Gina Roussos, PhD has a strong interest in utilizing social psychological theories and methods to understand and address the institutional and individual biases that lead to group-based disparities in health, wealth, and well-being. Her research has investigated the challenges faced by graduate students from marginalized groups and the influence of racial prejudice on judgment and decision-making in legal contexts. Her current work examines the effects of racial prejudice on causal attributions for harmful intergroup events.
